Our process consists of an initial walk through to determine the condition of the space and whether any upgrades will be needed. As soon as the unit is ready, we prepare the marketing needed to list it for lease on various listing sites. Thereafter, we will conduct showings and screen prospective renters. With the client’s approval, we work on fully executing the lease with the lessee.

Preparation & Execution

We will first conduct a walk-through of the vacant unit to make our assessment. After the walk through, we will prepare a list of recommended items to conduct the build-out, and improvements that would help the rental value. We will also provide our recommended listing price point for optimal traction. We can provide recommended vendors, suitable for the tasks needed to be completed before listing the unit. Once the repairs and improvements have been completed, we will take professional photos and prepare the marketing items needed to list the vacancy. And lastly, we will go ahead and post the vacancy on various listing sites.

Showings, Screening, Signing

We will conduct as many showings and viewings needed, in an effort to make sure we obtain a strong and qualified prospect. After properly screening the prospect, and vetting their application and information provided, we will submit qualified prospects to owners for final approval, before the lease is executed.
