Some of his recent notable transactions include a 20-unit apartment complex in San Gabriel for $8,500,000, representing both the buyer and seller, and selling a fully vacant office building for $4,500,000 at the height of the pandemic (which equated to over $513/SF), and representing an investment group who acquired a portfolio of 4 apartment buildings in the Los Angeles region.
Jack received two Bachelor Degrees, in Business Administration and Accounting, from the University of Southern California. Jack holds a Real Estate Broker License from the State of California and an Entrepreneurial Certificate from the Lloyd Greif Center of Entrepreneurial Studies.
